The difference between working at work and relaxing at home [Comic]

In today’s world of technology, I have no doubt this is true for many, many people. (Note: I believe the idea isn’t that the person is working from home but rather that they are relaxing on the computer, such as playing video games, after spending all day working… on a computer.)

My wife’s sister works from home about half the time. Basically, as long as the work gets done, her boss doesn’t care what else she does. Each situation varies, but there is probably a lot of latitude for most work-from-homers.

Then what about those people who work at home, using computer the whole (working?) day? Do they even have a separate time for working and private matters?

Definitely me (though I’m a bit skinnier).

I’ve spent most of the past two weekends in the yard tidying things up, and getting all the flower beds arranged the way my wife wanted them. Next weekend, I plant vegetables!!
