Samsung prototype smartphone changes colors depending on its mood

A new video from MobileBeat 2013 shows off a prototype smartphone from Samsung, and it’s…interesting.
The most notable feature of the new device is a pair of fold-out panels that will actually change colors depending on the “mood” that the electronic device is in, by using photonic crystals to change the RGB path to provide a reflective display of whatever is on the user’s phone at the time.
But the weirdest part is probably the disposable patch sensor that allows users to check their physical conditions in a non-invasive way using a literal patch that can be affixed to their bodies and then scanned and read by their phones using electromagnetic waves.
