    It’s a wonder anyone lasts more than a couple days in this kind of job. All day long, dealing with irate callers who are angry because something isn’t working (90% of the time it’s a PEBCAK error), and all you can do is take their abuse and smile. In this case, the tech got his point across and made the caller realize he wasn’t behaving appropriately, but most of the time that elevated call would have been to complain.
