Daredevil photographer takes stunning photos of Paris by rappelling down skyscrapers

Photographer Carlos Ayesta has captured the beautiful views of Paris’ skyline from a very unique perspective. Instead of taking his photos from the highest accessible floor like others might, Ayesta chooses to scale these skyscrapers à la Spider-Man!

While hanging on the sides of buildings, Ayesta likes to photograph high-rise structures, the city lights but also “men and women simply living and working.” The video below features a gallery of different shots he’s taken, but you can also find more on his website (see via link below).

    You may be confusing this person with Alain Robert (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alain_Robert). Now that is something spectacular.

    Avesta doesn’t “scale” (i.e. climb up) the building; rappelling is using a rope to let oneself DOWN the side of a building/cliff/mountain.
