YouTube’s latest easter egg will turn any video into a fully playable version of Missile Command

In what is most likely my favorite part of YouTube’s Geek Week yet, the website has placed a fully playable version of Atari’s Missile Command in any video. That’s right, you can do this with any video — like this one, for example.

When the page has loaded, all you have to do is type “1980” on your keyboard. You don’t have to enter this in the search bar or anything like that, just type it. In an ironic twist of events, Missile Command will also only work if you’re not using Chrome, Google’s own browser.

So fire up Firefox, Safari or your browser of choice and relive the good old days. Oh, and gotcha.
