It’s that time of the year again – Football season and to celebrate the occasion, Microsoft has aired the Xbox One’s first ad that heavily focuses on the console’s ties with the NFL. When it was first announced back in June at E3, it had faced a lot of criticisms due to its ridiculous requirements like checking in every 24 hours, not letting users to trade games, etc – although Microsoft had reversed the policies completely. With this ad, Microsoft is trying to attract as wide an audience as possible.

The 30 second ad shows off stand out features like Kinect Voice Command, Skype, Live tv support, etc. The Xbox One will be available on November 22nd for $499.99. Check out the ad below and tell us what you think of it in the comment section below.

[@Ashraf] Nope, I’m being serious here. They caught a lot of flak during E3 because they didn’t focus enough on the games aspect of the console. Here:

Now they’re showing this first ad during the breaks of NFL games during the opening of the season. The perfect and most appropriate time to show off the sports and entertainment aspects of the system.

    [@Enrique Manalang] I sense sarcasm.

Good move by Microsoft timing this with the opening of the NFL season. THIS is when they should prioritize this stuff, not during E3.
