This weekend dotTech will be running a promotion to get a well known, respected, effective, and unique – and one of my personal favorites – security software for free. The promotion will begin on Friday and will end on Sunday so I figure I should give everyone a heads-up so no one misses out. (Feel free to spread the word =D.)

Update: No, sorry it is not NOD32 although I am working on getting that too. The freebie this weekend is a software that takes more of an unorthodox method to computer security. As I said, it is one of my personal favorites. When I say personal favorites, I mean it… literally.

Thanks Ashraf, only problem I have is that I suspect that when you say for free you mean just the program or the program and some limited amount of time subscription.

I’ll but you a strawberry milkshake if it means getting Kaspersky for free (that’s my guess as to what the freebie is, since from a few of Ashraf’s posts it seems like his fave is Kaspersky)
