Update: The freebie is live! Go get it!
Hey Friends,
This weekend dotTech will be running a promotion to get a well known, respected, effective, and unique – and one of my personal favorites – security software for free. The promotion will begin on Friday and will end on Sunday so I figure I should give everyone a heads-up so no one misses out. (Feel free to spread the word =D.)
Take care,
Ashraf
Update: No, sorry it is not NOD32 although I am working on getting that too. The freebie this weekend is a software that takes more of an unorthodox method to computer security. As I said, it is one of my personal favorites. When I say personal favorites, I mean it… literally.

Thanks for the big tip Ashraf.
If only we could eat popcorn from the Internet, then I’d be able to cope with the anticipation more easily. *ponder*
Thanks for the heads up. Looking forward to see what it is.
Wow, that’s a big surprise.
Thank you Ashraf, whatever antivirus or firewall you’ll giveaway I hope it will be win7 64 bit fully compatible;-)

FRIDAY ON MY MIND

Thank you for the past offering of ‘TuneUp’.
I really hope it would be Nod32/ESET Smart Security coming up.

@Samer: it’s not about leaving. Ashraf sends emails (announcements). I’m fine when announcements are given, but an announcement to notify you of an upcoming announcement seems a bit much.
It seems Ashraf himself took it in the same spirit of humor and constructive criticism as it was intended. Cheers.
@Ashraf: I’m rather fond of milkshakes myself. One coming up.
@Ashraf
I know whatever it is, is good because you are saying so but I am very impatient so tell us what it is.

@fake91: Yes it should work on 64-bit machines as far as I know (I don’t have a 64-bit to personally test it but the system requirements list 64-bit support).
@-Talan-: I don’t drink but thanks =).
@Everyone: No, sorry it is not NOD32 although I am working on getting that too. The freebie this weekend is a software that takes more of an unorthodox method to computer security. As I said, it is one of my personal favorites. When I say personal favorites, I mean it… literally.
@Ashraf: So it must be Returnil Virtual System!!!! Which mean’s I can use it!
@Samuel: A magician never reveals his secrets ^_^.
@Ashraf: Ah, but you did since RVS is the ONLY security program on the list you gave us. Sorry but it’s too late to keep the secret now, mwahahahaha!
