Remote-controlled flying copter with ghost eyes and costume is excellent way to scare kids on Halloween [Video]

That is built by DIY-er Alton Porter. I wish I could buy one, what an awesome yet relatively inexpensive way to scare the shit out of kids on Halloween. Or anyone, for that matter.

I think it would have been much more impressive if he had waited till it was a bit darker and turned off the @#$% lights and stood in the background.

I do have to admit though that it’s much better than the toilet paper roll and glow stick thing; I can afford to do that one, however . . . . . . .

That’s a pretty expensive rig he’s flying there; don’t think I could afford that, but I’d do it if I could; great Halloween idea. And it doesn’t look like it would be that difficult to put together and I love the fiendish voice idea too. I used to play those sounds in Halloween’s past.

The best Halloween thing I ever saw, to scare the willies out of kids, was when I lived in Vogelweh Housing. Anybody ever hear of that place? Anyway these three guys, every year, would dress up as Dracula, Frankenstein, and Hunchback of Notre Dame; they scared the willies out of a lot of kids, including my daughter who was six her first Halloween there and nine her last Halloween there. Funny, Dracula and Frankenstein didn’t seem to bother her, but she wasn’t going anywhere near that Hunchback. And I mean we had to walk completely around that building; she wouldn’t go near it, but she kept her eye on that Hunchback the whole time until we were what she considered a safe distance away. My pennies worth.
