Check out the Grand Canyon covered in clouds, looks exceptionally beautiful

grand canyon

On Friday, the Grand Canyon was engulfed in a breathtaking river of clouds. It’s something we have never seen before and might not see again, a true once in a lifetime event. Apparently this event is caused my something called a “temperature inversion.” Basically this is warm air acting as a lid to trap cool air on the ground.

This was quite the moment for photographers, and boy, they did not disappoint. A ton of gorgeous images came from this event, which will no doubt find their way in a history book of some sort. Well, no need for a history book since the Internet is capable of storing every piece of data known to man.

Park ranger Erin Whittaker had the following to say:

The canyon gave us a second rare inversion in three days. Freezing fog dominated yesterday … by the end of the day the sun was able to burn it all away no doubt making many first time visitors very happy. Word spread like wildfire and most ran to the rim to photograph it. What a fantastic treat for all!

This is one of the most beautiful things I have ever laid my eyes on. Just look at them cloud. If we at dotTech were wishing to jump to our doom, the scenery would be the perfect final sight of our young hot lives.
