Yesterday I discussed how to get O&O DiskStat 2 Professional for free. However, it seems like many dotTechies are not interested in O&O DiskStat 2 Professional. Hopefully, this promotion of O&O DiskImage 4 Professional will generate more interest!

O&O DiskImage 4 Professional is a commercial image backup software (the latest version is currently v5 and it costs $29.95). These is an overview of the features of O&O DiskImage 4 Professional as per the developer:

To get O&O DiskImage 4 Professional for free, follow these simple directions:

Supported OS: Windows 2000 Professional/XP/Vista/Win7

Version being given out for free: v4.1 Build 65

• Visit the O&O DiskImage 4 Professional promotion page ^[4] and register:

• Check the inbox of the e-mail you registered with. There should be an e-mail from “O&O Register <register@oo-software.com>” with the subject of “Your free license of O&O DiskImage 4 Professional Edition”. In the e-mail you will find your registration information:

Keep this registration information safe because you will need it soon.

NOTE: If you do not have the above mentioned e-mail, please be patient. For me the e-mail did not arrive instantly. It took a few minutes – about 5 – for the e-mail to arrive for me.

• Download (32-bit version ^[8] | 64-bit version ^[9]) and install O&O DiskImage 4 Professional (16.2 MB download).
• After installation, run O&O DiskImage 4 Professional and register it with the registration information you received via e-mail:
