Google Drive just got a lot more appealing. The company has dropped the prices for its online storage service, with price cuts across all options. The free tier still starts at 15GB, but now users can upgrade to 100GB for $1.99 per month instead of the previous $4.99. The 1TB got the most significant drop, now priced at $9.99 per month instead of $49.99. There’s also a $99.99 option available with 10TB of storage, and more available if you need it.

Dropbox currently charges $9.99 for only 100GB of storage and 500GB at $49.99. With integrated Drive Apps, Google’s now cheaper offering is a lot more compelling. Dropbox arguably has an edge in terms of third-party app support, though it wouldn’t be surprising if they countered Google’s move.
