Thanks again for another great giveaway offer; PDF to Word conversion is a pretty handy tool to have.
    1) Several times over the last year I’ve received either a PDF application or a supposedly PDF fill-able form on-line which didn’t work.  I prefer to type over filling out a form by hand so this would  be great!
    2) Usually there are some images (logos) but nothing really important.  Mostly text and a few hyperlinks.  No tables in my case.
    3) It works reasonably well; not perfect  but I don’t recall what the minor issues were.  I have it / used it on my XP box but I have avoided MS Office on my win 7 system so I can’t run it natively .. until version 3 that is!

    I am a donor,
    Karl

    1. I use PDF to Word Converter to convert documents I want to modify, mainly papers
    2. Sometimes there is some table, but they are mostly text and images.
    3.  Usually it works fine even with forms, sometimes there is some minor problem in formatting.

What kind of PDF files do you convert? (Reports, papers, ebooks, contracts, applications, etc.)

I usually convert reports and circulars, etc.

What is the composition of your files? In other words, please tell us what generally is included in the files (i.e. images, tables, text, hyperlinks, etc.).

Mostly they contain some text, tables and maybe images. Sometimes there are hyperlinks, but these are rare.

How well does AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter convert the files? (I.e. which features do you like, do not like, what can be improved, etc.)

The conversion is fairly quick. However, 10% of the time AnyBizSoft just flatly refuses to convert my file; it stops at around 12% and the software freezes. I hope version 3 fixes this problem.

I am an author, and I would like a license.

Firstly thanks Ashraf for giving us the opportunity to win a license of this improved version of PDF to word. Here are my answers and I hope that I will be one of the winners as I do lots of pdf conversions.

    1. I usually convert reports, papers and forms. Sometimes I do convert pdf to excel files.

    2. The documents I convert would have all sort of things Formatted text, tables, graphs, graphics, links and images.

    3. In general,  AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter is quite OK with simple documents with images. But, I noticed that if the document layout is complex then it wouldn’t do a great job. Tables and graphs are poorly detected or converted.  I guess all of that can be improved with time. All the above is based on version 2.5.x.

    Thanks again

Perhaps I was just unlucky, but so far my experience with AnyBizz has been disappointing. The installation went  wrong and I ended with an aborted, but not properly uninstalled version. Maybe it was incompatible with the Office 2010 version I use, I just don’t know. Anyhow, it was rather unfortunate, because I would actually have good use for it. Next time I will install it on another machine. I need  search facilities to look for strings contained in PDF-files and good result I only get by first converting the files to Word, which also allows me to so a cut and paste. I also use it to convert articles published in PDF. A license, therefore, would be very welcome.

I use it to convert webpage help files so I can help my friends on and offline with their pc problems without being on the internet as I only have dialup and it runs to slow.
My files have pics, test and hyperlinks which are a great help for further help on a subject.
Having the links work correctly would  be a big help along with proper coverting and placement of pics and examples.

I’m a forms manager. I design/review PDF business forms created with software including Adobe products as well as third party products such as PDF4NET, PDFWRITER, etc. for various clients.

For revisions, I often need to provide editable forms to clients who do not have PDF editing software. A Word .doc is the most common format provided to these clients. So, I need a quick, reliable PDF to Word converter that doesn’t require me to do much clean up.

The .doc doesn’t have to be perfect, just “content correct” (I’ll pretty it up before it gets into Production, anyway). So, some conversion errors are more important to me than others. Alignment is not important. Text structure is important. Font substitution may or may not be important depending on circumstances. I just want to create a working document for my clients for them to mark up. If they have to look back at the original PDF, I haven’t done my job.

So, how does AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter measure up? Very well. The .docs were quick and easy to produce and looked pretty much like the original PDF’s.

Acceptable issues with .docs converted with AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter 2.5.3:
    -          Some boxes don’t line up very well with their headers and data. But nothing extreme.
    -          A few bulleted lists had some items that were no longer indented (some were traced back to flaws in the original PDF design software. (So, AnyBizSoft became my trouble-shooter, thanks.)
    -          Some shaded boxes, when converted, had shaded areas that were larger than the box itself.
    -          When pressing the arrow key to navigate through a .doc,  some tab fields just seemed to have disappeared.
    -          Selecting View-Document Map in MS Word did not present the mappings I expected. Some were missing and some were wildly out of sequence. But who’s at fault? After all, the new mappings in the .doc file can only be based on the PDF objects originally produced by the PDF design software. If those objects have defects or are sequenced out-of-order, the .doc will be the same.

    And one totally unacceptable issue:
    -          A 12-point OCR font was converted into a 12-point Tahoma font. This field is designed to be read by a scanner (optical character recognition). Changing it to a proportional font such as Tahoma causes several problems. And I can’t override it and tell the converter what substitution to use instead.

All in all, I was very impressed. I will use AnyBizSoft as a tool. And the changes to version 3.0.0 suggest the company is moving forward very well with improvements.

    Hello,
I am a visually impaired person, thus I use the program to convert all PDF documents to Word.  As PDF files are not very accessible to blind people.  So this is an essential program for us.  I wish the program allows me to easiely remove all the pictures / graphics from the original PDF file and only save the text to the Word format.  Since the pictures do not mean anything to us.  I hope I can win a licent of the program.

I have a lot of technical documents that need to be converted to PDF from DOCX.  I have been using AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter v1.50 which does not handle DOCX.

Thank you for your service.  Keep up the great work.
