Getting registration codes/issues:
Don’t know if this will help anyone else, but when I didn’t receive the registration/license code to my regular email address, I used a new email account and it came immediately. Could it be that I had registered with Wondershare once before (a GOTD offer) with my regular email address?

Well, this is getting frustrating!
As mentioned above I did get the registration code. However, it won’t register! I keep getting email addresses or code invalid. I’ve triple checked, and even did a copy/paste. Still nothing.
Went to support site and tried to get code through entering email addy. Got message that email is invalid. Sent email to support, but could be 48 hours before they get back to me.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hi! Thanks for the great freebie, but I did not receive an email. Since the first didn’t work I tried on a second (different) e-mail account and that didn’t work either.
For those that are still waiting for the confirmation email … I was waiting too, over 3 hours. Then I tried another email address and it came literally within *seconds*. So if you can, try a different email address. Good Luck!
