Free WinX DVD Copy Pro! [36 hours left!]

Software Description

It’s something everybody does, and it’s something everybody gets annoyed by: lost or broken DVDs. However, there are pieces of software written to back up DVDs so this doesn’t matter, such as Digiarty’s WinX DVD Copy Pro:

WinX DVD Copy Pro is designed to bring you all-new DVD backup experience. This up-to-date DVD copy software can help you decrypt & backup DVD to DVD disc, DVD to ISO, as well as copy DVD to single MPEG2 file with original video tracks and original surround AC3 audio.

Without the need of packing with any third party DVD decrypter, WinX DVD Copy Pro has unlimited access to all protected DVDs. It faultlessly removes DVD region code, CSS Encryption, UOPs, and even the most complicated Disney X-project DRM. Furthermore, it has the power to copy and recover severely scratched DVDs and support Sony ARccOS bad sector. In a word, WinX DVD Copy Pro is your ultimate all-in-one DVD Copy software.

dotTech Advice

dotTech has never reviewed WinX DVD Copy Pro, but Ashraf has reviewed other WinX DVD software such as WinX DVD Ripper Premium. His overall feeling about WinX’s DVD Ripper was that it was an excellent product and gave it a “two thumbs up and highly recommended”.

I’ve used WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for a long time. I now use Copy Pro to create ISO images which allows you to view the movie as if you had the original DVD. All the menu’s, extra’s etc are there, absolutely brilliant for all the family to watch anywhere in the home. Original DVD’s are stored away safely.
The family use the VLC Player on their PC’s for the ISO images.
Also these images can be burnt to disk if required by Nero.

Hello, i’m from holland so excusse me for writing mistakes but i’ve tried this program and it would not burn 1:1, it stops at 68%, to convert video files to vob or vts did’not work and so on. DVD smith is slow , but they have given it an update so it can handle all protections. For myself I use DVD FAB decrypter and for me is that program the number 1. Kind regards Ashraf, I follow your articles for a long time yet.

Did somebody actually try it?? On SOFTPEDIA many users gave just a “FAIR” rating for this software.
I have a feeling that the Freeware DVDSmith, despite being pretty slow, is as good as this one: what do you make of it, dudes?

I installed this, when i clicked open the file to start the install Windows explorer immediately connected
to the internet, why should it have to connect to the internet before the install?I wonder if something
    sneaky was going on there?

@Dave Dillmont and @jayesstee: I would be more than happy to look into it; the problem is I didn’t code the functionality. It is provided via a plugin that someone else updates. I can’t do anything about it except update to the latest versions. I may just end up disabling it all together.

@Dave Dillmont: This has happened to me for some time now. I thought it might be my end.
My work-around is to “right-click” the edit button and then open in a new tab. I can then edit and save, but when I go back to the original tab, I have to refresh to make sure the edit has worked.
@ Ashraf: Sorry to cross-post, but this needs your attention. Just happened again with this edit.

BTW Ashraf, you might check the “edit” feature for posting here. I tried to edit and the screen went dark (like I was waiting on the edit window to pop up) but nothing happened.

I have a basic question. I opened it BEFORE May 31 and WinXDVD copy pro installed fine.
Say my computer needs reformatted in 10 months. Will my old key still work if I try to re-install? It would be nice to here from someone at Digiarty about this.

For those people that don’t have Facebook accounts, you don’t *have* to like the Facebook fanpage. You can x out of the window.

For people that do have Facebook accounts: Do as the people say, it takes a few seconds to “Like” a page.
