I had a problem with registering the program (see above), submitted a report, never heard back. So now I miss out on the promotion because the deadline for registering has passed?????

@Stan: Hi, the merge option is at the bottom of the main interface - check "Merge into one file" before your start conversion , and then it will produce one individual file. Also you can further edit your video by tuning brightness, contrast and saturation. Hope it helps.

I subscribe to the RSS and look at it every day, usually at about 05:00 GMT. Yesterday was no exception. I did not see the offer then but did so this morning. It was my intention to download immediately after my toilet break and shower and, probably, take the upgrade offer to Ultimate. At 0730 GMT the offer has disappeared. I am so disappointed. Is there any way of getting it still? If not, is there any prospect of it coming round again?

It is a good piece of software. I seem to have downloaded 3.0.3 version on 12/22/10 & couldn’t find the option to merge several files into one. where is that option? I assume this is the same version but I will uninstall this & download the current offering which seems to be the same version. If anyone can help me find the merge option it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Ashraf & ISkysoft.

@Ted: Hi, only when the program has been registered properly, will it pop out a registration dialog with gray fields. Therefore, please check the output files, if there is no watermark attached to it, then you should have unlocked it successfully. However, if it is still a trial version, please email me for helps.

@MikeR: Hi, due to some reasons I did not check your comment punctually. Since this campaign was a little bit hurry, we did not got plenty time for preparing the keycode generator, which seems to cause the main problem for many users. So, having discussed with Ashraf, we decided to use an identical email address with one licensed key. We can ensure this program works on all computers and won’t make you confused. Thanks, Ashraf. Finally. . . all is understood! This really is a pretty disastrous way of running a registration process though: the developer should have been much clearer in saying to enter the following:

1. Licensed email: dottech_giveaway@iskysoft.com

2. Your license key: ……………………………………………..

Sadly, I’ve already uninstalled. But thanks for your input!

Haven’t the inclination to mess around with this any longer — the developer’s website invites you to say how wonderful its products are. . . but then it can’t even manage a simple registration process.

Like others here, I received my license key at the email address I’d provided to the developer, and I then used that exact same email address to register the product after installation, together with the license key.

Result? Repeated failure. The registration process repeatedly warns that either the email address is wrong by virtue of not being the addy associated with the code (it isn’t) or I’ve downloaded the wrong product or version of the software (I haven’t.)

Can’t be bothered to spend any more time with this so it’s uninstalled: a developer that can’t even manage the registration procedure isn’t a developer I’m going to trust to do, well, anything at all on my computer — and especially when there are plenty of good media converters out there already.

@Jinlei: @Sherwood Tucker: I have the same issue, and when I start up the program, the pop up for registration isn't loading. I have to manually click Help, Register. The Reg Popup then appears, but the fields are greyed out.

@Jinlei: It has since been fixed by Ashraf to reflect today's date. I wasn't actually having troubles at the time, just pointing out that it was a bit confusing. In the meantime, I successfully installed and registered with no issues.
