Android Market hits ten billion downloads, offers ten apps each day for the next ten days – including popular apps such as Swiftkey X, Minecraft, and Asphalt 6 – for $0.10 each to celebrate

[1]Have some extra dimes this holiday season? Android Market has hit ten billion downloads and to celebrate Google is running a promotion for the next ten days. Each day, starting December 6 and lasting until December 16, ten “premium” apps will be sold for a measly $0.10/£0.10/€0.10 each:

Each day will bring a different ten apps; today’s (December 6th’s) apps are shown in the above screenshot. As you can see, there are definitely some attractive apps being sold, such as Swiftkey X, Minecraft, and Asphalt 6; and from the looks of the banner advertisement running on Android Market (the first image shown above), other popular apps will be offered over the next ten days, such as Fruit Ninja and Need for Speed Shift.

So what are you waiting for? Refrain from super-sizing that fast food order and put that extra quarter towards a few premium apps. Hit up the link below on your computer or load up Android Market on your device to start throwing dimes at El Goog (and developers):
