Export My Contacts

Export My Contacts will help you back up your contacts to a file for safe keeping. You can back up your contacts to a CSV file for Windows or Mac, a CSV for Outlook (Windows or Mac), TSV for Windows or Mac, Excel, or even to a vCard. If you are saving to a vCard, you must have iOS 5.0 and up in order to do this. You will save the file to your device where you can send it via email or you can share it through WiFi or a USB cable. Even though it is easier to export these names, but there isn’t a good explanation as to how to import those contacts back in your device.
