Say what? Man spared death penalty because he is identical to his twin.

Okay, this is the first time I have ever heard of something like this. The story goes that in 2003 a man was arrested for drug trafficking in Malaysia. Soon after officers arrested him, his twin arrived and the twin was arrested also. However, no one was/is able to tell which of the twins was the one trafficking drugs, so the judge lets them both go since she did not ‘want to punish the wrong man’. Talk about being born lucky.

Oh and just so people know, in Malaysia drug trafficking is punished by death.
