I confess: the title of this post is misleading. This post is not about hate mail; rather it is about an appreciatory email. The email gave me a little chuckle so I thought I should post it. This is the email:

True, a lot of people are confused by the complex stuff some software does. I’m one. Your evaluations serve to put meaning (in English) to the tech-talk so often posted by others and listed by the company offering the software. I took a leap and got the back up from Paragon, even not fully understanding what it does before a review from you. It just looks like it will give me a system restore I can use when (not if) I crash my computers. Never mind the malcontents out there; you are well respected by many, as often noted in the posts. Be well; eat your vegetables…

I don’t necessarily download much, only what I think will be useful for me, and based on your reviews.
