@annie: Thanks for the update. I should start stating in my posts that the apps that I post are free in the US app store. I can’t say for sure about any other country. Sorry about the confusion!
@Commonkore: All the apps I post are valid in the US. Like I said, I can’t say for sure about any other country, but I check all the apps before I post to make sure they are free in the US app store.

Ooops!!! I just tried downloading an App again and this time it worked fine. Go figure? Sorry about that. I don’t know what happened the last several times I tried. Please ignore my earlier post.

Ever since last week, every time I try to download one of these apps I get a message (when I sign into my Apple Account) that says “this account is only valid in Canada.” The implication that it is not valid in the US. Is this new? Up until last week I have had no problem accessing these apps but now I can’t. I tried creating a new account for the US but the billing address for my credit card needs to also be in the US so I can’t. Any suggestions?

Awesome, thanks! Some great stuff here.

Calculator+, Razzi, WordsWorth and Baby Monkey all came free, all look really good.

Unfortunately +Sudoku has neglected to make their app free in Australia/NZ iTunes store. *sigh* . Still, most of the apps listed appear to have made the offer worldwide, which is awesome. I had expected only one or two to extend the offer beyond North America.
