Samsung will announce 5.5 inch Galaxy Note II on August 15 [Rumor]

Samsung’s Galaxy Note wasn’t exactly a Galaxy S III-like blockbuster but it gained headlines due to its large 5 inch screen which gained it the title of “phablet”. Now, according to BGR, Samsung will announce a new Galaxy Note on August 15.
There aren’t much details about the Galaxy Note II except for the fact that it will have a 5.5 inch screen, according to BGR’s “source close to Samsung”. The 5.5 inch screen is obviously an increase over Galaxy Note’s 5 incher but I suppose the bigger, the better right? In any case, a Samsung press conference for August 15 is already confirmed so BGR’s guess about what will be announced on that day is as good as anybody’s, I suppose.
