These might be iPhone 5′s new earphones [Rumor]

Even though Apple earphones haven’t always been the most desirable accessory to come out of the Apple line, they have always been quaint and usable, unlike some of the other solutions you find on eBay. Now, if rumors are to be believed, Apple is making a complete redesign to the bud of the earphone which will apparently give more comfort to the user.

Compared to the old large buds, these appear to be able to fit in your ear much better and may give you a better sound when listening to music or other audio. Their design also looks as if it makes them easier to store, hanging on your iDevice. Photos and a video have leaked of these new earphones courtesy of Vietnamese website Tinhte. Although Apple haven’t actually confirmed this as the iPhone 5 earphones, Tinhte has proven reliable in the past according to CNET.

The following are photos of the earphones followed by a video.

We don’t know whether these will come with the new iPad, the new iPod, the new iPhone, or all three but we believe the latter may be more likely as Apple tends to be accessory redesigns across all their products.

What do you think of the redesign? Let us know in the comments below.

@BarrysCool: When it comes to ridiculous patents, such as rounded corners and rectangles, I agree with you. On other points, however, I don’t. For example, Samsung original Galaxy S devices, in my opinion, where blatantly copies of iDevices in physical design. And TouchWiz? Really, Samsung? In my mind Samsung did this on purpose because, after all, other designs are possible — just look at HTC. Apple’s crusade against the competition is over the top but that doesn’t mean they don’t have some valid claims.
And yes, in the end the ones hurt the most are consumers.

@Ashraf; Their is a widespread general distaste for a company that seems hell bent on stifling innovation in it’s competitors. Yes, they should be applauded for their innovation and development. But for all their innovation and development, they need to be reminded that, they did not invent the so called iPad/Tablet which was released several years before by Micosoft and if other company’s were as reluctant to share their technology as Apple is then their would be NO APPLE PRODUCTS at all. The irony is that Apple is totally dependant on other company’s technology to produce their products and obtain most of their technology from the likes of Samsung and Microsoft. What are we left with, Apple filing a patent for round corners on a rectangle and an imaginary camera that views people from all directions within a room. As they now try to ban all Samsung products from the US, who do you think the loser is?… ME & YOU.
