T-Mobile USA gets Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G, an Android phone with physical keyboard

I own a MyTouch 4G Slide. I’ve had it almost a year, and am having nothing but problems with it. The battery doesn’t hold a charge for more than four or five hours, the USB charger no longer lets me connect to the phone as if it’s an external hard drive (the computer doesn’t even see it), it overheats if I carry it in my pocket, it overheats if I play a game for more than a minute or two, and most annoying of all, it shuts itself off at random times. This has resulted in me not making it to several meetings on time because my alarm didn’t go off. This is, perhaps, what we get for relying so heavily on technology. However, it means that I’m in the market for a new phone.

I’m one of the dying breed that enjoys having a pull out hardware keyboard for situations in which the on-screen keyboard is being obstinate (one of my favorite words for use with technology… I sound much older than my 30 years when I do it, though). As a result, of all the up and coming phones headed for T-Mobile’s market in the next few months, I have my eyes on the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G. Galaxy S Relay 4G specs are listed below, and if you’re like me, I think you might be just as interested — whether or not your current phone is being a jerk.
