[iPhone] Post to Facebook and Twitter quickly with WordOut
Posted By Brett On September 16, 2012 @ 12:15 AM In iOS | No Comments
WordOut is a neat little app for users that post frequently to Facebook and/or Twitter. When you add your Facebook and Twitter accounts to the app, you will notice that they are placed at the bottom of your screen (as shown in the screenshot) with an ON/OFF button next to each. It is worth noting that WordOut supports up to 10 total accounts, so if you have multiple Twitter accounts, then the app will work nicely for you.
Once all of your accounts are entered, then WordOut is ready for your posts. First write your status post down or take a picture (if that is your post), then make sure to select ON for the accounts you want your message sent to and press Send. The fact that the developers allow you to post to both your Facebook and Twitter accounts at the same time is great for power users who want to get information out quickly.
I can see some users wondering why they would use an app like this if they can just go into their Facebook and Twitter accounts and do it. Well, the developers are selling their users on the idea that it takes bandwidth (i.e. part of data quota) to download full pages from Facebook and Twitter, not to mention a ton of load time. I can see some users wanting to get posts out quickly and easily, and WordOut is the way to do that.
