[iPhone] Oversee and manage your computers from your phone with PC Monitor

Have you been looking for a way to manage your computer/server from your phone? Would you love the idea of shutting down your computer directly from your phone? How about install Windows Updates from afar? If you are intrigued by the thought of any of these scenarios, then PC Monitor is the app for you. PC Monitor lets you manage up to five computers without any type of subscription or payment. All that is needed is to create an account and download the companion software and you’ll be in complete control of your computer.

PC Monitor provides numerous capabilities separated into 4 different categories being system overview, system details, software, and commands. In terms of the first three categories, the app lets you monitor CPU and memory usage, view temperature and fan speeds, browse your hard drives, manage printers, view all running processes and users, execute commands from a terminal, install windows updates, see all installed applications, and much more. The commands available in PC Monitor include the ability to lock, logoff, restart, shut down, power off, suspend, or hibernate your computer.

As a whole, I am just blown away by what this app has to offer and the fact that it is free. When you first download the app, you are also given a 14-day trial for a few different server modules, so you are able to test them out before purchasing the extra subscription features. It is worth noting that you can set notifications with the PC software, so that you alerted on your phone by a push notification when certain events you choose occur.
