[Windows] Pick a video, song, or file at random with Pick Me

[1]Are you trying to pick just one movie or video to watch tonight? Best of luck! If you were perhaps using a random number generator like Pick Me, however, you could eliminate the overwhelming number of choices and just sit back and relax. It’s incredibly easy to use, and is entirely free.

Pick Me is entirely portable, meaning you can store it wherever you store your movies or other files. To use it, just open it up and select a folder. If you’re not choosing a movie, you’ll also want to adjust the Extensions setting to match the files you have in your folder. Lastly, if you want only one movie to watch, be sure to select the appropriate number from the Number Of Results box.

After less than a second, Pick Me will have returned with a result. You can then double click the file to open Windows Explorer with the file selected, and from there open the file directly. It’s a useful program for anyone with a large downloaded or ripped movie collection, and since it’s free and portable, can be stashed anywhere.
