Discussion

All-in Fitness provides extensive information about all sorts of exercises, including yoga ones. If you have no idea where to begin, this app offers pre-made exercise routines categorized into certain goals you may want to achieve. The only downside to this function is that you cannot modify the pre-made routines to tailor them to your personal growth. Or, if you prefer, you can make your own routine from scratch. Again, the major downside to this feature is that once you create the routine, you will not be able to modify or change the order of the exercises.

Once you find an exercise that interests you, you can then look at an enormous amount of information. You will be able to see text, photo, and even video instructions for each available exercise. This means that you will never have to worry about not knowing how to do a specific exercise. The videos are in HD quality so you will always understand what is going on. In addition, it will also show you a diagram of the human body. It will then outline the parts of your body that are getting worked with this certain exercise.

There are additional, smaller features that add together to form a truly great experience. You get an extremely convenient planner that will allow you to monitor your progress, plan a workout, and even set reminders so you don’t forget to work out. In addition, you get a full workout log where you can record the exercise and the number of reps and sets you did. You also have the ability to print any exercise or routine, in addition to being able to save any routine as a PDF file. This will make it incredibly easy to take all of your workout information with you while you’re at the gym. Last but not least, you will get a body tracker that will allow you to record your blood pressure, blood sugar, size, and BMI.

However, there are quite a few quirks that are holding this application back. For starters, when you are browsing exercises, you cannot simply add it to a favorites list or save it for later. You must add it to routine if you wish to access it quickly again. This is inconvenient if you want to keep an exercise that you aren’t necessarily ready to perform yet. In addition, there is no syncing feature so you cannot just sync all the information to your phone and then run off to the gym. However, you can export PDF files, put them in a cloud service like Dropbox, and access them while you’re out. One last tiny, additional feature that was left out was the ability to create custom goals. You are unable to to create your own goals and are limited to the ones that categorize the pre-made routines.

Conclusion and download link

Overall, All-in Fitness is a truly wonderful application. It offers access to an enormously large amount of information. In addition, the little features it offers really makes the application and incredibly useful resource. However, the developers need to fix some of the short comings in order for the app to could grow to be the number one fitness application. It does still remain a top competitor and I absolutely recommend that anybody who is interested in working out should give this app a shot.
