dotTech is looking to hire writers, people who can review Windows, Android, and iOS apps

Hey dotTechies,

dotTech is currently in need of writers. More specifically, we need people who can review:

  • Windows software
  • Android apps
  • iPhone/iPad apps
  • Add-ons/extensions for browsers
  • Mac OS X programs

Basically we need writers who can do what Locutus, Brett, and Brendan have been doing. In other words, writers who can review software and apps on a daily basis.

You will, of course, be paid — but don’t do this for the money. Do this if you are passionate about software and apps, and you want to help contribute to dotTech. Being a small blog, the pay isn’t much. If you live in the United States, you definitely won’t be able to live off the pay. On the flip side, if you live in a place with a low cost of living, the pay is decent (e.g. Southeast Asian countries).

This position is open to anyone anywhere in the world that is age 16 and up. The requirements for this position are:

  • Excellent English
  • Strong integrity (plagiarism is not tolerated)
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
  • A reliable Internet connection and computer
  • A PayPal or Freelancer.com account (PayPal is preferred)

Anyone interested please send an e-mail to admin@dottech.org with subject of “I Want to Write for You”. Please be sure to mention what position you are applying for.

Thanks!
