Wikipedia is the world’s largest free encyclopedia. In fact I would venture to say it is the world’s largest encyclopedia period, free and paid. Aside from being filled with information, what makes Wikipedia great is it is literally accessible at your finger tips — simply open up your browser and you can access it. With such ease of accessibility and wealth of information, people, without a doubt, use Wikipedia as a reference when asked for assistance by friends or family. I know I do.
