Semi-majestic lion is mesmerized by a butterfly [Amazing Photo of the Day]

We have seen quite a few animal photos via dotTech’s Amazing Photo of the Day section. In particular, we have had multiple run-ins with lions, such as the Mufasa (Scar?) lookalike, the lions scared shitless of an elephant, and the lions and a cub. Today I have another photo of a lion to share with you. This time the lion is, for the lack of the better word, more awestruck than in the previous photos. What exactly is the lion awestruck by? A butterfly. Check it out:
I wonder what must have been going through that lion’s head: “Is this a trick by the hyenas?”
