Discussion

Artensoft Photo Collage Maker ScreenshotI really liked using Artensoft Photo Collage Maker, or at least using the trial version of the program I got to use. It allowed me to make collages effortlessly. The only problem I have with the program is the price point, and unfortunately for this program, that is a pretty major problem.

First, let me explain how the program works. After starting up the program, it will ask you to choose a picture. The picture you are choosing is the one that you are actually going to make a collage of. When you have finally selected your photo, you then need to select folders on your computer that contain other pictures. The more pictures you have on your computer, the better the collage is going to turn out. When you have selected a folder full of pictures, click next, and it will start making a collage that looks like the first picture you selected.

So let’s say, you have a picture of your grandmother. To celebrate her birthday, you want to make a collage of pictures for her. However, instead of just sticking a bunch of photos together, you want that group of pictures to resemble a picture of her. Simply select the photo of your grandmother that you want to remake into a collage, and then select another group of pictures. In this case, I may choose a bunch of pictures of her kids and grandkids. Then the program will take the pictures of her kids and grandkids and turn it into a picture of her. Once again, the more pictures you have, the better the final collage will turn out.

The program is great because it can save you hours. After all, to rearrange a group of pictures to resemble a picture of your grandmother could take hours, if not days. This program can get it done in just minutes!

Although that is helpful, you really need to ask just how many of these collages you plan to make. Why? Well because the program costs $79.95. That is a lot of money to spend on a program that just makes collages.

CONCLUSION AND DOWNLOAD LINK

There are some people out there that will think this program is probably worth its weight in gold. Others will not be willing to spend this much money on it. I can say that the program works rather well, but that horribly high price point is a bit of a turnoff. The good news is, you can download their free trial below and try out the program for yourself.

For those that are turned off by the high price tag, there are a handful of free collage makers you can give a try but do take note some of these collage makers do free form collages, not the collage-in-the-shape-of-an-image that Artensoft Photo Collage Maker does: Picasa, Foto-Moasik-Edda, Photo Collage Max, CollageIt, etc.
