Why illegal downloading should not be called ‘pirating’ [Comic]

Pirating, Illegal downloading, Pirating, Illegal downloading. Are they one in the same? Most people would say “yes, they are”. Personally, I would agree. However, as the following comic humorously points out, if you want people to stop illegally download copyrighted material (the ill-legality of which, by the way, varies from country to country), then stop calling it pirating.
