Why you can never really quit social networking [Comic]

January 30, 2013 5 Email article | Print article

As I have said time and time again, I don’t social network. No Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. for me aside from profiles for dotTech. (I do LinkedIn but that is for professional purposes and not really a social network in my book.) If you are in the same boat as me, then you probably won’t understand why people can’t just simply stop social networking. However, if you are an avid social networker and you have tried to quit before, then you will appreciate the following comic. Check it out:

I have a FB account. I created it to get FB-only software giveaways. As for social networking, I prefer the old school methods of phone calls and face-to-face conversations.

Once upon a time there have been so called “places” (pubs, clubs, (coffee) bars etc.) to meet people ;)
