In my case, using Google to sync contacts for my devices is not feasible... I've tried both mentioned applications and decided to use SnapPea although it doesn't support Apple products (doubt I'd ever own one except for hand-me-downs ). Moborobo is a more complete program in that it checks for updates to installed apps in my device while SnapPea doesn't. Interface-wise though, SnapPea has a cleaner GUI and gives a more organized "feel" to it. Both offer automatic back up of devices and contacts can be exported to vcard format.

Have you considered syncing contacts with your Google account? That, in my experience, is the best and easiest way to backup/restore contacts... it even works for multiple devices.

So I'm looking for an android backup solution for my phones and tablet and narrowed it down to either SnapPea ( http://www.snappea.com/ ) or Moborobo ( http://www.moborobo.com/products/moborobo.html ). Both applications seem to offer the same feature and support my Samsung devices. I just want to ask the community if anyone has experience with either or both of these apps. A critical feature I'm in need of is for the program to have contacts backup/restore as well as be able to edit the backup list for export to other devices.
