But I just checked out Calibre e-book manager (http://calibre-ebook.com/). It's also free. According to the website: "calibre supports the conversion of many input formats to many output formats. It can convert every input format in the following list, to every output format.

Input Formats: CBZ, CBR, CBC, CHM, EPUB, FB2, HTML, LIT, LRF, MOBI, ODT, PDF, PRC**, PDB, PML, RB, RTF, TCR, TXT

Output Formats: EPUB, FB2, OEB, LIT, LRF, MOBI, PDB, PML, RB, PDF, TCR, TXT

Might also be worth checking out.

It's a bit complicated but it can be installed on Windows if you are prepared to do some fiddling about. It's a tar.gz file, so you would have to extract the files with something like 7 Zip. Then you can follow the instructions here: http://devrandom.blogsite.org/articles/cups-pdf/

It has Windows instructions as well.
