the device manager is showing that driver for blue tooth peripheral device is missing. on updating driver it shows error code 28.
i am using compaq cq60 104tu laptop win7 ultimate 64 bit.

if there is no official driver from HP, then its gonna be quite difficult and time consuming to find and experiment with compatible drivers…

can anybody suggest any program which can automatically detect and find the driver or links for the drivers so that i can try.pls…..Confused

If it's built into the computer, check the HP website. Otherwise, check the device's manufacturer website.

the one listed with hp didnt work and i dont know which drivers to experiment with?????

                                                           Your snapshot is not visible to me at least.By ther way when your bluetooth was fine,had you installed a driver from Bluetooth dongle CD like bluesoleil or from directly from HP CD or preinstalled when you purchased.Dont worry there are ten methods and your Internet will work on PC through bluetooth soon.But need more info to reach there at earliest.

bluetooth was preinstalled in my laptop.pls view the snap and advice.
