The error I was receiving was due to some programing problem involving the time sequence which caused it to revert back to the trial version. Zortam support team was great in their response and they fixed the problem immediately. I don't know exactly what they did but it worked for me. I know there are other programs that give the same results at this one but because of the support team and their efforts I would recommend them for that reason alone.

I installed Zortam Mp3 Media Studio Pro 11.10 a couple days ago from Giveaway of the Day. I finally found time to try it out this morning but to my disappointment I found that when I tried to use it a screen pops up saying I must up grade to Zortam Mp3 Media Studio Pro. After purchasing license enter your registration number.
I was under the impression that the license was granted under the GOTD. Although the About Window shows it to be registered; I tried entering the GOTD information again and it still wants you enter updated license.
Did I install it wrong or maybe misunderstood something from GOTD? I thought it was free from GOTD and that you did not have to purchase it to use? Don't take it wrong I do appreciate the opportunity to use the product and the product might be good but 2 days did not give much time for evaluation.

Dont worry.just click ok on the splash screen.close programme after some time
and reopen it .nothing will happen you can use your ZORTAM11.10 as long as
you will not format your drive.

Did you enter the registration number the same day as the giveaway? Because it only works on that day.
If not then can you describe the program, maybe I know of a free one that will meet your needs.

Thanks for your response…Yes it was activated that day. Licensed To shows to be GOTD and the Key Code is [REMOVED]. This info came from the window found under Help Tab (About Zortam Mp3 Media Studio) It also shows to be the Pro 11.10 ver. Don't know what I did wrong?

The problem is fixed…thanks to all that responded.
And hats off to the Zortam Support team. They are a very dedicated group. Actually when I contacted them I really didn't expect a response for something that was being given away free. But they earned my respect and support because of their prompt action in providing a solution to the problem.
Again thanks to those that responded and especially to Zortam. And a special thanks to Ashraf for providing such a great site.
