The error I was receiving was due to some programing problem involving the time sequence which caused it to revert back to the trial version.  Zortam support team was great in their response and they fixed the problem immediately.  I don't know exactly what they did but it worked for me.  I know there are other programs that give the same results at this one but because of the support team and their efforts I would recommend them for that reason alone.

Thanks for your response…Yes it was activated that day.  Licensed To shows to be GOTD and the Key Code is [REMOVED].  This info came from the window found under Help Tab (About Zortam Mp3 Media Studio)  It also shows to be the Pro 11.10 ver.  Don't know what I did wrong?

and reopen it .nothing will happen you can use your ZORTAM11.10 as  long as

I was under the impression that the license was granted under the GOTD.  Although the About Window shows it to be registered; I tried entering the GOTD information again and it still wants you enter updated license. 

Did I install it wrong or maybe misunderstood something from GOTD?  I thought it was free from GOTD and that you did not have to purchase it to use?  Don't take it wrong I do appreciate the opportunity to use the product and the product might be good but 2 days did not give much time for evaluation.
