        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>It lools like the APngs your talking about are if you want to make something from scratch. I just want to use an existing video.</p>
<p>Still couldn&#39;t get the quality to improve in FormatFactory. I&#39;ll just stick with the other way I found for the time being.</p>

Don&#39;t ask me what I did the first time cause I don&#39;t Know<img title="Confused" src="/wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-confused.gif" alt="Confused" />. I did notice however that the video quality is very poor with FF. I will have another go at it a little later and see if I can fine tune it.</p>

<p>Really? Out of curiosity why didn&#39;t FormatFactory works? It allows you to convert videos to GIFs and choose the size (and/or crop).</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Oh okay. Use <a href="/freewaresr/3963" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">FormatFactory</a> to convert and resize your video (use "All to GIF" under video). And it should loop automatically since it is a GIF. If not let me know and I will try to figure out how to make it loop.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Try <a href="http://www.photoscape.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">PhotoScape</a>. It has a feature which allows you to turn images and animate them into GIFs. Since PhotoScape image editor is not as powerful as say GIMP, if you need you can always create your images using some other software and throw it into PhotoScap to animate.</p>
