WinPatrol does many things, so you need to be more specific in what you want it to do. In regards to making bootup time faster, there are two features of WinPatrol you want to look at:

• Startup Programs
• Delayed Start

Startup Programs provides a list of programs that automatically start up Windows boot. You can delete or disable (or add) programs from that list. You can also move programs in the Startup Programs list to the Delayed Start list (right click -> Move to Delayed Start Program List) , which brings me to my next point.

Delayed Start allows you to delay programs by X minutes or X seconds on Windows boot. In other words, it will allow you to make a program open at Windows boot but at right at boot but rather X minutes or X seconds later; you are also allowed to make the program open normally, minimized, or maximized. You can manually add programs to this Delayed Start list or, as I already mentioned, you can move programs from the Startup Programs list to Delayed Start. If you want to move programs from the Delayed Start list to the Startup Programs list (so they start normally on Windows boot), it is as simple as right clicking -> Restore Programs to Startup Programs List.
