You might want to check these out:
Spamfighter: http://www.spamfighter.com/
Spamilhilator: http://www.spamihilator.com/
Spampal: http://sourceforge.net/projects/spampal/
And of course, there is always a free version of Mailwasher available, although I think it only supports limited email accounts.

I think SPAMfighter Standard (free) is the best.
But,a short text ad is displayed in your e-mail client, and an "I'm protected by SPAMfighter" message is attached as a footer to your outgoing e-mails. Also, you don't have the language filter and other useful features are missing.

Looking for something with mailwashers bounce feature.Tried mailwasher pro which i got through trialpay but it doesn't see all my folders in my email acount so I can't bounce spam from my spam folder.Any other ideas anyone.

Hi black raven. Ok, so I was checking out Sourceforge for the type of thing you're looking for, and have come up with a few that might be worth a look. I haven't been able to go through the pages upon pages of software, so you might want to do some further hunting (go to Sourceforge and key in "spam blocker bounce" or words to that effect.) But in the interim, why not see how these fit, or don't fit as the case may be:
SpamBack: http://sourceforge.net/projects/spamback/
Active Spam Killer: http://a-s-k.sourceforge.net/
Spam It Back: http://www.spamitback.com/
Bounce Bully: http://www.bouncebully.com/
Again, I don't know if any of these will do what you want them to do, but give them the once-over and see if any suit your needs. If not, back to the drawing board …

It's debatable whether you should bounce spam or just delete it.

Thx Ozzie I'll have a look over the weekend mate.Grab a cold one on me (me bar bill is gonna end up huge!!!!!! ) @amnesia the idea of bouncing is to make the spammers think the email don't exist and hopefully remove my addy from their database/mailing list

good points amnesia but isn't it also a good idea by bouncing spam to let innocent users know their machines are being used for spamming so they can take action to prevent further episodes?

Actually, I've given this a bit of thought.
1, Alot of people would never realise they had been hacked.
2. All you would be doing is annoying other people,
3. It wont get you off a spammers list.
4. Have you thought of using a disposable email?

this is gonna sound bad but…… if they can't be bothered protecting themselves and their computers then they deserve a rude awakening
