Yes they do, but EULAlyzer doesn't work on web pages. Copying and pasting into a text editor didn't work either.

Has anyone used this site? Free ring tones, no spam… seems to good to be true, but I've been trying to find some dirt on them, and the worst thing I've read is that it's difficult to delete the ring tones from your phone.
Still, I'm suspicious, so I thought I'd ask here.

Do they have any kind of TOS (Terms of Service) or similar when you use thier service?
If so, you could go through the TOS with Ashraf's recommendation EULAlyzer, which will identify any fishy things.
@sean : Sometimes WOT ratings aren't that precise.
