First they use a free website.

Second they mention their Videodesktop and Folderlock as the best downloaded software at download.com, softpedia, and snapfiles in their reviews yet their soft is nowhere to be found at those sites.

I have this problem using SONYSOFT FOLDER LOCK

I jumped right in and now cannot unlock.

icon shows checksum icon SFV supposed to be the SONYSOFT Icon

I'm not asking for a hack.
I know my password.

Only need advice on how to unlock the file.

Besides others having the same issue with SONYSOFT folderlock
