Hi folks! Recently I got a giveaway license of the snowFox Youtube Downloader HD 1.1.0.0. The app installed correctly but every time I try to download a youtube clip a pop up error window appears: "Download fail.Report the problem to help us improve the software?" This' been happening with every clip I've tried to download, so so far I haven't downloaded anything using Snowfox app. I 've even disable my firewall and antivirus protection but the error persists. I already contacted the guys @ Snow fox and haven't replied back (maybe there's no support since it's a freebie licence).Have anyone used the software with succesful results or have had the same probs?

ok guys

thanks in advance
