once upon a time I had a little smart program that showed text within a zip file as a small yellow balloon that popped up when you hold the mouse pointer over the zip file.
Very useful when you often could not directly be inferred from the file name what it contained, but to unzip it.
When self-packed files,you could include a small text file with a short description, which then popped up as above.
Have tried in vain to find this program again but failed!
Anyone know?
