OfflineTry something that converts PDF's to Word or Excel and then use google translate. If it's a one time thing you need to do, try http://www.pdftoword.com. If you are going to be doing this often, you might want to download software to do the conversion yourself.
It could depend on the language you are translating from.
If you want to translate online, there's a similar service from Yahoo called Babel Fish and one from Microsoft called Bing Translator. I'm not sure how these work for tables because I've never needed that.
Babel Fish:
It uses online resources and may pull content from multiple sources. I'm not sure if it would work, but you could try.
And finally, Microsoft Word (2007-2010 – to my knowledge) has a translate feature. Just select the text and right click and choose Translate. It will usually work correctly. Of course, if your files are in PDF, you need to convert them with AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter before using Word.

I hope this helps.
