Never mind, I found my answer online. There really isn't any official article stating this will work with boot-camp, but I'm gonna try it, and it should work.

That should work for using the Upgrade disc.

Just to reiterate, there are three ways of doing it. Way #1 is free, while #2 and #3 require a valid Windows license key.

Option 1. Wine

Your first choice is using Wine. Wine is a program
for both Linux and Unix machines, and OS X is a Unix-based operating
system. After installing it, you'll be able to open Windows EXEs and
install them like you would on Windows; the only downside to this method
is that it has a very low compatibility rate (70% if I remember
correctly). It is also the hardest to set up. You can read about it here: http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/Installing

Option 3. Virtualization

Your last option is to virtualize another operating system. To do this, you'll need a valid Windows license. You can read up on using VirtualBox, the free solution, here: http://dottech.org/tipsntricks/14020

BootCamp creates a dual-boot scenario for you.

A virtual OS option is Parellels for Mac.

For any of these options, you need to have a legal copy of Windows to install.

Try VirtualBox (its opensource) to run a virtual windows in your mac http://www.virtualbox.org/

I'm not sure if it works, but you can run WINE (a windows emulator) on Mac with these steps http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX/Installing. According to this, http://wiki.winehq.org/MacOSX, it seems to work great on OSX.

Or, a long and complicated way – dual boot with Ubuntu and install WINE there. That's my preference
