Meaningful Topic Titles and "Chatter" | Announcements | Forums

I just wanted to make a couuple of suggestions to all members:

1) Please use a meaningful and descriptive title for your Topics.

It makes it so much easier to determine if a Topic is of interest or not. Some (like myself) can't get on this forum as frequently as we would like, and when we do it helps to be able to peruse the Topic titles quickly to determine if we are interested or not.

2) Keep the "chatter" to Talk It Up Forums or Chatter Topic and out of the technical Topics.

It would make them a lot more readable and useable as "tutorials" if printed or downloaded for future reference.

I'm honestly NOT trying to be a hard-a$$ here.

It's just that I come to dotTech primarily to learn and don't usually have a lot of time available. I fully understand that there are friendships developed here, and that is what the Talk It Up Forums and Chatter Topic are for. I hope to "see" you out there when I do have time.
