Me too. Cellos rock. Here's a great piece that has a cello solo:
It starts at 1:00. It ends at 3:32.

I never pictured the Borg listening to classical music. I have been enlightened.
Oh wait a minute, Picard liked classical music didn't he?
And yes, that is a nice solo. The sound of the cello is almost haunting.

I've played the viola part to that piece. It's deadful until you get to the part after the solo. Then it's skdfjlsadjlkf fast.

I love to sing … frustrated wanna-be rock chick, I'm afraid. I sing with passion when I shower, when I cook, when I clean … you name it. I use whatever is handy as a makeshift pretend microphone (shampoo bottle, ladel, head of vacuum cleaner). However, to my immense and enduring disappointment I was cursed with the worst singing voice on the planet (with the possible exception of my mother … she's beyond terrible in the vocal department). Why is genetics so unkind?
But I refuse to let my obvious lack of talent thwart my pleasure in belting out a song. If I do say so myself, I rock!
For the record, I love blues rock – Janis Joplin was and always will be the queen. And I love the soul greats … long may queen Aretha live!

I can play Keyboard, Piano and both Acoustic and electric guitar. I sing but more out of pleasure than anything else. I REALLY love music. I'm an odd type really, i don't have a specific taste in music, i like all of it from the old to the new. The only thing i hate is MCing and i hate it when people actually call that music, it's not even like rap its absolutely ****. But things like Jay- Z and Linkin Park and………it goes on forever oh and The Beatles……..Gotta include the Beatles………

I play piano, baritone, and trumpet. Mostly piano and trumpet.
The piano is rather common, I know, but the trumpet isn't nearly as widely played and is an amazing instrument on the mouth of a non-beginner . . .
Any comments? Questions? Outbursts?
